About
Green-labs exists to help mission-driven organisations adopt AI without losing sight of the people and principles they serve.
I've spent more than ten years working at the intersection of international cooperation and digital policy — advising organisations on how technology reshapes the way they operate, fund, and deliver their missions. That work has taken me from policy rooms to implementation on the ground, and the lesson has been consistent: technology only creates value when the people using it understand it.
AI is the sharpest version of that lesson yet. The tools are powerful and improving monthly, but most teams are handed software and left to figure out the rest. The gap isn't access — it's judgement: knowing what to use, where the risks sit, and how to adopt responsibly. Green-labs closes that gap.
I work as an independent practitioner, which means engagements are shaped around your needs rather than a fixed product. No reseller incentives, no one-size-fits-all curriculum — just clear, expert-led training and advice you can act on.
A 30-minute consultation is the easiest place to start.
