Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: [DATE]. This policy explains how Green Labs handles your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

This is a template to help you get started. Replace the items in [SQUARE BRACKETS] with your details and have it reviewed by a qualified adviser before relying on it. It is not legal advice.

1. Who we are

Green Labs ("we", "us") provides AI training and strategy services. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

2. What data we collect

We only collect what you choose to share with us:

3. How we use it, and our legal basis

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising, marketing, or analytics/tracking cookies. We store a single small preference in your browser's local storage to remember your response to the cookie notice. This is essential to honour your choice and is not used to track you.

The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts; when it does, your IP address is processed by Google to serve those fonts. If you would prefer no third-party font requests, this can be changed by self-hosting the fonts — contact us.

5. Who we share data with (processors)

We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

6. International transfers

Some providers are located outside the EU/UK (e.g. the USA). Where personal data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and waitlist data only as long as needed for the purpose it was given, and no longer than [retention period, e.g. 24 months] unless we have an ongoing relationship or a legal reason to keep it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; correct it; erase it; restrict or object to its processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@green-labs.net and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — in [your country], this is [supervisory authority, e.g. the CNIL in France or the ICO in the UK].

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
